「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The property feels fresh and new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The absolute highlight was the breakfast – honestly the best I’ve ever had in an Italian hotel. 「Palazzetto My Venice is a beautiful hotel. It is in a quaint area but yet a short walk to St Marks Square, a water bus terminal and the stunning winding streets of Venice. The staff cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, and they are really friendly. Our room was perfect and breakfast is amazing. I did not find a fault with this hotel, the staff made it a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely return one day. 」

「旅館就在火車站旁的巷子裡，步行五分鐘可到達不需過橋。附近有超市、餐廳和商店，生活機能良好。旅館有電梯，但入口處有約十級的台階。房間空間大且乾淨，浴室跟廁所乾濕分離，但我住的房間廁所裡有一股化學物質(可能是油漆或清潔劑)的難聞氣味久久不散，需把廁所門關上才能擋住味道飄散出來。房間附冰箱跟熱水壺，有免費送一瓶水，寢具很舒服。整體來說，這間旅館對在威尼斯短期旅遊的旅人是個方便、理想的選擇。」

「A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? 」
