The rooms are excellent, spacious, and extremely clean.
Staff is super friendly and always willing to help and accomodate.
The hotel is fairly close to the city center and a couple of good food options 5 mins away.
I would honestly recommend this stay!

Locals vibe, clean, good breakfast
This spot is 10 min walk from parking/train station, and easy to walk to busier areas. It’s away from all the large crowds of San Marco, a more calmer, locals vibe instead but still active. Super clean, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast!

We loved our stay in Casa W. The unique layout of the rooms is very functional. Our room had a full size bathtub which is a rare treat in Europe. The location is close to main attractions and vaporetto stops. The items served for breakfast were high-quality.

Great new hotel in Venice
Don't t be put off by the limited reviews the place is new and a great place to stay!
The room was nice and modern with USB charging. The staff were friendly and gave us some good tips on how best to spend our limited time within Venice. Breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet selection, good coffee made to order as well as made to order food. We both particularly enjoyed the pancakes.

Clean room, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and it was in a safe area. The down sides are I wish there were snack choices for late night. The rooms were also not sound proof so you could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the rooms nearby.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of countertop space in the large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip all over Italy. The hotel is located in the heart of the city but it’s not too busy. 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 min walk to Per San Marco.
We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Venice!
The only negative thing to say is the doors to the rooms are loud when electronically unlocking and they are difficult to close (due to no real door knobs). Cool locking system, just not practical/functional. We came home the first night to an open door because we didn’t SMASH the door shut, which was needed to get it to close properly. Hotel is secure with lots of cameras so we weren’t too worried about it.
