“I would stay here again. It is a good location for walkers. My wife and I love to walk. You are close to Campo Santa Margarita - which is a nice plaza - more local than touristy. You are close to the train station and access to the airport. However, walking to St. Marks Square and the main tourist area is about 20-25 minutes. The space is great. We loved having a clothes washer in the unit. There is a grocery story a few hundred yards away - AMAZING! We were able to get everyday food and……

“We found this to be a great location for our daily excursions. Our room overlooked a canal and had taxi and bus stops right outside. We enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Venice and felt we were in the pulse of the city. We loved waking to the sounds of the city coming alive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Rakesh was very helpful and even completed a video call when we were arriving tired and in the rain to help us get to the property. He was responsive during pre-arrival contact……

“I really don't understand the positive reviews. The Alloggi Olimpia is "part of" the Hotel Olimpia but really not. There is no lift to room. Once you take the hotel olimpia elevator you have to go down weird back stairs and hallways that stench of trash. It was so bad I felt sick to my stomach walking to and from the room. The room itself was spacious and clean but the canal view is a complete joke. It looks out to a loud bus station type situation with people yelling and flighting. The bar……

“A Room next to Kitchen. This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision. Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade. When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see……

“Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!”

“Excellent hotel. It situated in a nice friendly community sqare where there are 3 nice resturants in the square. Good food. People at counter are extremely helpful. Easy access to vaporetto. The water bus can take to you to all different spots you want to go. Also not far to the center train station.I like my room. It has the wood log attic design on the ceiling with a big modernize and yet has touch of medieval feelling kind of chantellier hanging down from the center of the wood log setting.……

“Ca Bonafidini is a gem that’s a short walk from the train station. It’s on a quieter side of Venice but is surrounded by excellent food options and right near a public transportation spot. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The hotel room was gorgeous and most importantly very quiet at night. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!”
