「I truly enjoyed Palazzetto MyVenice.
What particularly distinguished Palazzetto was its intimate, personal character. The food was excellent, and your reception staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. It felt like a small luxury hotel in the best sense of the word—warm and personal rather than corporate. A true gem!」

「Very nice, clean space and comfortable. But we kept running out of hot water, as in one 15-minute shower and we would be out of hot water. We tried to turn up the heat on the tank to fix this, but then the air conditioning wouldn’t work. We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. When we called down about the hot water/air-conditioning problem the man at reception didn’t really seem to care,...

「The hotel’s location is excellent. Breakfast was a real highlight — it changes a little each day so you get a slightly different meal every morning, and it is delicious. The coffee is excellent and the barista is very good. The property is very clean and new, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout. Even though the hotel sits on the main street, the room stayed quiet. Highly recommended.」

「Excellent hotel. It situated in a nice friendly community sqare where there are 3 nice resturants in the square. Good food. People at counter are extremely helpful. Easy access to vaporetto. The water bus can take to you to all different spots you want to go. Also not far to the center train station.I like my room. It has the wood log attic design on the ceiling with a big modernize and yet has touch of medieval feelling kind of chantellier hanging down from the center of the wood log setting....

「Helpful staff, convenient location near Piazzale Roma
The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location near Piazzale Roma is convenient and easy to find. The AC works well, and it's quiet on days without events. On the downside, the garden can get busy with social activities. The room is small—fine for two petite travelers, but larger guests may find it cramped. The bathroom has wet/dry separation, though the shower pressure is weak.」
