Great location in comparison to the train station! We were in and out of Venice quick so this was perfect for my husband and I. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was small, the walls are thin, so you can hear basically everything your neighbor does, but we didn’t need much nor spend much time in there. Would say it’s perfect for a quick trip but maybe not for much longer than that. We would maybe stay in a bigger room or at the other property if we came back just cause the staff was so wonderful though! It was clean and the bed was comfy!

Wonderful location and newly renovated! The staff were incredibly kind, the location is a 5 minute walk to the train station (perfect location-close to everything, yet very quiet) and the room was great! I highly recommend.

Highly recommend; it's worth it to stay here

My total experience was really good at this place. The location is perfect, and the building and the room are in great condition. Just few tiny negative points such as very small room, no electric kettle or coffee machine in the room; and there is no reception, so guests have to go to another hotel (just in front) for check-in/out and any other inquiries.

Very good location, updated hotel. However they regulate the air conditioning to be no lower than 23C (75F) which will not cool you down after walking around Venice for hours so many showers taken after walking around for hours to cool off. Also had to sleep above the sheets at night and was unable to get restful night sleep.
