The male concierge that welcomed us was very helpful. He gave us some tips on how to go around venice. Ralph was helpful and welcoming as well during our breakfast. The location is so convenient to the train station about 4 mins away if you need to go elsewhere like we did. Thank you. We will definitely rebook our stay here. Highly recommended.
