「This hotel is fabulous! Very well maintained and beautiful rooms. Very comfortable beds! Location is perfect with many sights and restaurant options nearby. Recommend having a drink at the hotel bar before dinner for your traditional italian aperitivo! It's a very relaxing space.」

「Good central location, very friendly staff, good size rooms, lots of snacks and drinks included, kitchen and laundry facilities is a big plus」

「Best apartment we have stayed in. Brand new. Clean. Safe: there are 3 points to enter code to get to room: a gate, entrance to building, entrance to room. The view is amazing from the window. Small canal view. Location is great too: 4 minutes away from S. Sylvestro vap stop. Good restaurant choices nearly. The washer/drier/dishwasher was a savior having 2 kids.」

「Very nice place and good location. Would recommend it to anyone.」

「Andrea’s establishment is clean and quiet. Tucked away from the crowds which is nice. He was very friendly and amenable, provided me with suggestions for restaurants upon request.」

It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.」

「方便又快速！乾淨又舒服！」

I’m not even a big or tall person and I couldn’t even fit in the bed in that room. Coffee machine was not working as well as TV. Air conditioning was working but it had a funky smell. Trust me I’m not trying to make this place look bad, I’m just...
