「Location was great but service was average.」

「Beautiful hotel in great location. Short walk to St. marks square and Doge’s palace but also to quiet streets for a break from the crowds. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable.」

「Breakfast was absolutely amazing! This hotel was exceptional. Service from the staff was over the top. If there is one piece of feedback, it would be nice if the indoor pool with jets was kept at a higher temperature. It is a great feature to have at the hotel, just a bit chilly.」

「I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows. When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto.

「(+) Located at San Marco, you can view the Basilica before the crowds. Easy to get to from the Grand Canal docks. Staff were very courteous. Rooms are gorgeous and well stocked. We absolutely loved the decor. The hotel set up a glass making tour for us and it was fabulous. (-) We ordered airport transportation through the hotel. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up. And the hotel staff did not reply to our messages for help. Ultimately we missed our flight. If you’re a light...

「Best hotel experience in Venice, bar none」

「Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile」

「爬樓梯太累，每天換毛巾還要收費，垃圾也沒有及時清理，服務有點太隨意。」

「Excellent location, walking distance to many tourist spots. The room is clean and staffs are helpful. Highly recommend for all.」

「預訂的房型照片跟實際入住的房間長得完全不一樣，很令人失望。」
