"Loved that we could hear singing gondoliers through our window from time to time, loved that the place has a deliberate old world Venetian feel. The breakfast was convenient and quite good. The cappuccino was excellent. The location was exceptionally convenient to waterbus and St. Mark’s Square."

"Hotel is perfectly located right off Piazza San Marco but not noisy at all. Rooms are small but fine I just wonder about the need for a step up into bathroom and then into shower. Seems dangerous for older travelers like me. The air conditioning was not working well. At first i assumed the heat (it was 100 degrees) was pulling on capacity. What it was, was the windows. They needed to be air tight shut or the AC would turn off. And with the shift in Venices foundation we had to open and shut windows each night to get a few hours of AC. The staff should get 6 stars. Everyone from the chamber maids to dinner servers to front desk are top notch. I have to especially compliment the cleaning crew as i think i had a cranky face when the AC was failing and this petite woman was immediately there asking if she could help. THATS client attentiveness"

"Loved this little hotel - it’s definitely on the older side but they’ve done an excellent job maintaining it. The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything, very accessible to water taxis, and it was only about a 20 min walk from the main train station. The breakfast was pretty decent as well. Would absolutely stay here again!"

The hotel is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Venice. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding front desk team member Nikolai. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations enhanced our experience tremendously. A special highlight was their recommendation to dine at Leon Bianco. It turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip, with excellent food, a lovely atmosphere, and attentive service. We are so grateful for the suggestion. Thank you to everyone at Rosa Salva Hotel for making our visit so memorable. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Venice!"
