「The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!」

「Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. 」

「great stay. located in a quiet area and great places around. the place doesn't have a lift so climbing the stairs with luggage was a fun challenge! host was super easy and helpful. would definitely stay here again. the air conditioning and views from the room was awesome.」

「We stayed 2 nights in the slightly larger room. I chose this accomodation as I was on my own with my daughter on a late flight into venice & this was the closest to the alilaguna boat (literally 2mins away) stop, worked perfectly as we were on the last crossing. Room was large & functional, great aircon for super hot weather. Fab. Communication via whats app. There is a kettle, safe, hairdryer. Take your own coffee/teabags though. There is also a small communal kitchentte area with filter water...

The bed was very comfortable, I fell asleep so quickly! The bathroom was well-cleaned! The elevator really helped a-lot We could see the Grand Canal from our room and it looks stunning! 」
