「Hotel is old but well maintained. Nice hotel with the budget， clean, good location and close to ferry station. It costs 9€/person to arrive S. Lucia station in a 5mins ferry ride. If you travel with big luggage I would recommend you to stay near train station. This hotel is with elevator, which is a plus! 「 住处距离火车站直线距离很近， 但是中间会有一座长桥， 拎着行李绕行走的比较困难。 不过总体来说这个价位绝对物超所值， 房东很好 ,有邮件确认和沟通， 在威尼斯同区域同等价位的住宿中，无论房间大小、 舒适度和性价比都可算首选。 位置不好找， 但其实离罗马广场很近的，火车站、水上巴士和机场大巴都很方便 前台5点就下班， 晚到的入住者见不到人、只能领个信封自己入住；行李的寄存必须在17点拿出来 否则人家就不管是否丢失了！这点太不方便！房间很大很舒服。 非常特别的入住体验，地方不好找，客房很大，很舒适，但被子一般。」
