“Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of countertop space in the large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip all over Italy. The hotel is located in the heart of the city but it’s not too busy. 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 min walk to Per San Marco. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Venice! The only negative thing to say is the doors to the rooms are loud when electronically unlocking……

“Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management. Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain. The recommendation to visit Murano via water taxi was much appreciated. We were picked up off the hotel entrance. We didn't want to leave!”

“very nice experience to stay in here. Rooms are clean, big enough (concerning that you are in Venice). outside have bus station, near by have some nice restaurant. with kids, they can prepare the kids bed too. ”

“Oh, I did so much searching! I wanted to be walking distance to mostly everything. We were greeted and given our instructions for entry and what nots, then it was off to races. Room is elegant, clean, spacious, bed comfy, spacious bathroom with hot water and good pressure, ac and heat, breakfast brought to the room every morning (you choose what time), tho after the 3rd day you could really have a different choice but none the less, great. “The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, stylish, super convenient and a great home base in Venice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the patio because of so many mosquitos (bring bug spray and it should be fine). The only real frustration was the initial key pickup that is a totally different location than the apartment. When traveling from the airport, this meant we weren’t able to use the most convenient travel modes. Otherwise, 5 star!”

“I love this hotel from the friendly staff to the room condition and location. The room is small but neat and beautiful. The staff are the friendly and respectful, they are the major reason why I like this hotel so much. The location is perfect, there's one dock right at the corner all the way directly to airport. I would recommend anyone who's coming to Venice this excellent hotel. It will definitely make one of greatest experiences in this magical city. ”
