The property itself is beautiful—charming Venetian architecture, elegant interiors, and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only steps from gorgeous canals, cafés, and some of the city’s best sights. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying breakfast by the canal felt straight out of a movie. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with classic Venetian style. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom spacious, and the views… absolutely stunning. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply greeting me with a smile. They made my experience feel personal and special. I left Venice already dreaming of my next visit, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of comfort, style, and authentic Venetian charm, this hotel is a gem. "

"It’s wonderfully located near Rialto bridge and the grand canal, and it’s very close to the vaporetto, the gondolas, and the aliluana line going to the airport! The hotel is very clean, service is excellent, and the breakfast is superb! I can’t say enough, I’m sooo glad we stayed in this hotel! The partial ocean view in room 303 has a great view and it’s across the bar with overlooking view of Rialto bridge and the grand canal. Staying in this hotel makes our stay in Venice more magical ♥️🥰😍"

"What a great hotel experience! Wonderfully helpful staff and fantastic location. The rooms were very well designed and comfortable. The breakfast bar was by far the best I have seen anywhere!"

"Great location although I suggest taking vaporeto to avoid the long walk from the train station with luggage. Rooms were extra clean and good size when compared to US standards. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options on the menue. Hotel is in the heart of Venice , making it extremely convenient to explore around."
