It is a small hotel with history, but the room is not small at all, and is very clean. Caterina is a very nice lady, she showed the place of the hotel in person and answered all the questions that we asked. We definitely will stay this hotel again.”

“We stayed in the “deluxe apartment” which is extremely nice. High ceilings, large rooms, and the biggest showers I’ve experienced in Europe.
The location was intentionally chosen due to its proximity to train station but you will get some foot traffic and rolling luggage due to this. But it’s close to everything in Venice.
Easily walkable to main attractions or towards the grand canal if you want to get a water taxi or water bus. Would definitely stay here again. ”

"I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows.
When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto. However, the actual room I was given had no accessible balcony at all. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I don’t know what went wrong, but I feel deceived.
If you’re considering booking the Suite Gran Canal, be aware that the room might look completely different from what’s shown online."
