Excellent location, old building but presented in a nice way. A young lady at front desk is very friendly and helpful. The downside is there is no lift. Shower door was missing, so the water splashes out to the waking ways of bathroom.

Great hotel, friendly staff and a well equipped breakfast. Being in the centre of Venice, near the Rialto bridge, makes it a great location to access any part of Venice easily. The only knock against the location is that it’s located right above a square that allows bars to be open as late as 3 am. so if you’re looking for a quiet sleep, bring ear plugs. Otherwise, a great spot.

Room was ok, but extremely noisy from the square below - not the market people, but people drinking and dining at the restaurant directly below. We ended up leaving a day before we were due to check out, just so we could get a decent night sleep. This could be very different Monday to Thursday nights. Staff were very apologetic, but it’s not their fault people decide to drink, sing and yell out until 4am.

The staff are verg nice, helpful and for what the hotel is, they do a very good job of accomodating their guests. That being said, the hotel has weird idiosyncrasies. For example, it was not clear to me when I booked that the rooms do not have their own bathroom. 3-4 rooms share the bathroom that you see in the picture. Luckily there is a sink in the room but no toilet or anything. Also, they have an odd rule where they require you to leave your key at the front desk whenever you leave your room. If you go to breakfast drop off your keh, you go out for the day, drop off your key. They say its for security but, idk, i thought it was odd. Also, it did not bother me, but there is no tv in the room or other ame ities like personal coffee maker, etc. Lastly, the breakfast was okay, however the last day i stayed there the scrambled eggs were rotten and tasted sour/off. The location is in a very good spot of the ciry, close to many sites, gondolas, water taxis, etc. And the staff did have the desk manned literally 24 hours. So good on them for that.

Location: This hotel is very aptly located right next to the the famous Rialto bridge and vaporetta stop is very close. Rooms: are big with decent size bathroom (compared to other bathrooms in italy) Breakfast: is very good with options for no egg vegetarians like us. (Milk/coffee/hot chocolate/fruit salad/yougurts/bread/cornetto/veggie salad/juice/cereals/cheese/butter) they do have other non veg items too Staff: very very polite and helpful outside official hours as well. Overall i liked this hotel a lot and would recommend to book is well in advance. Cons: only 1 thing missing is elevator if you have heavy bags

No Air conditioning due to the time of year, but was warm. No TV but who needs it. Very friendly staff and available. Breakfast was good. Only wish they had ice. I really did like it though.

The hotel is in a perfect location. We were overjoyed when we saw how convenient it was to get to everything. So many restaurants, markets, The Rialto Bridge, shops and so much more, all within very easy walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, there was everything you could possibly need or want. The staff was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile and a bongiorno!! When we come back to Venice, this will be the first place we look to stay.

Great location. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and with comfortable beds. There is no lift in the building so please be aware of you have lots of luggage or struggle with mobility.

This property is beautiful, the staff are incredible and extremely helpful. This location is perfect for a stay in Venice. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. convenient to the water bus and a 15 minute walk to St Marks Square. Just be advised there is no elevator, so lots of stairs
