Location is great and within walking distance to many sites, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, had a wonderful variety and was really an added bonus to the stay. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect quiet spot!

What a beautiful hotel in such a walkable location of Venice. We were only 3 min from the water ferry/taxi drop off, and in the heart of everything but not too busy! The staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was so special and eating on the terrace was peaceful and the perfect start to the day.

Great boutique hotel

Excellent location in San Marco located between St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. Attention to detail and extreme politeness of every staff member was so pleasant. We had an early flight, and they made the extra effort to open 10 minutes earlier to serve us breakfast. Very much appreciated.

Lovely 2 night stay in summer

Beautiful and very lavishly appointed room. Hotel located on a quiet street 5 minutes walk from lots of nice restaurants and shops and only about 10-15 minute walk from St. Mark's square. We didn't get to experience the breakfasts on site due to early bookings but they packed us up lovely take away breakfast bags. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Venice.

Small boutique hotel, which goes out of its way to make your stay comfortable. Owner and staff are very friendly. Note, if you want a canal view, you have to be sure to book the room with that view. It is a very small canal in the back of the hotel. Location is good, Venice is a very walkable city so you can get from the hotel to pretty much anywhere within a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Such a hidden gem in Venice. Perfect quiet location just a stones throw from everything. Breakfast was out of this world, room was spacious and the bed was amazing. Just wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll be back.
