Stayed as a couple and the location was perfect . On the doorstep of a small piazza with a greay vibe, restaurants, a bar, gelato and shopping. 4 min walk from the water bus. The property is like the top floor of an apartment. Need to walk up the stairs to get there as i assume most properties in venice are like that if they are listed buildings. Small shower but the room was very comfortable, lots of light in the apartment.

La propiedad hermosa, limpia, con una terraza divina, el vaporeto tiene la estacion a 3 cuadras, no nos funcionaba la calefaccion y en 5 munutos vinieron a ver problema y lo solucionaron, sin dudas volveria a alojarme ahi.

A localização era ótima. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé facilmente e tem vários restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. O casarão é antigo com acesso ao quarto por escadas, mas foi muito tranquilo. O quarto era espaçoso com cama grande e banheiro confortável, com um bom chuveiro. Trocaram as toalhas e fizeram limpeza diária do quarto. Tinham chinelinhos e mimo (adoramos) e água também. Recomendamos a hospedagem.

Room was clean. Location was great. Close to St Mark Basilica and main attraction. The only thing with this place iis, it does not have elevator. So if you have big luggages it is hard going up the stairs. Also, noise in the streets can be heard in the room even if windows are close.

Incredible location! The instructions to access the unit were perfect but there isn't any hotel staff at this location (so just good to know in advance about this). The rooms were fabulous - very large and we even had a bathtub! A gentleman at the sister property helped us with questions and also ordered us a water taxi. I took his card but lost it (very sorry - wanted to commend him - he was a huge help).

Excellent apartment in quiet location

Excellent location on the same street as a fantastic bakery/coffee shop. The apartment was beautifully presented, modern and very clean. The beds were super comfortable.

The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room in addition to what we had booked - perhaps it was intended for a family. Either way, it was a lovely surprise! We stayed on the first floor and, while we used earplugs to sleep, it’s worth noting that the area can get a bit lively in the evenings and early mornings. That’s to be expected when you’re right in the heart of Venice. One major issue for us was the shower. While there is a shower head installed, we couldn’t get any water to come through it, there were no buttons or instructions, so we had to resort to taking baths instead, which wasn’t ideal. We also had a small incident: we left the property without the phone that had our booking details and door code. When we called the agency for help, the person we reached was not very helpful, didn’t speak much English, and eventually hung up on us. Luckily, we ran into the cleaning lady who kindly let us back in - she was an absolute lifesaver! With a few small improvements, particularly regarding communication and the shower setup, I would definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway in Venice.

Un séjour vraiment très agréable grâce à ce lieu d’hébergement top pour se déplacer dans Venise. Proche de tous les commerces et lieux de visite. Très bon équipement dans la chambre, la terrasse est un plus quand il fait beau. En plus on reçoit des messages de notre hôte pour nous conseiller des lieux parfaits pour le petit dejeuner…et service de chambre inclus (si plusieurs nuits). Je recommande à 100%

Stop Here! Highly Recommend Incredible Location

My stay with my 2 teenage girls was amazing at Casa Kirsch. The hotel is modern & clean. The location is incredible being very centrally located to everything. It was a 3 or 4 minute walk to St Marco square. A couple minute walk to the water bus or water taxi’s. Only a few steps to bakeries & restaurants etc. The people running the hotel were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. All of our luggage was lost for a few days while in Venice & they were very accommodating to receive our luggage at their sister hotel nearby & had it moved to Casa Kirsch for us. They also accommodated a little later check out due to our last piece of luggage that was supposed to arrive on our last day before we left Venice. On the day of a arrival we ended up only arriving at 2am due to all of our luggage being lost so we were able to do a self check in which was very easy. Overall a very positive experience. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Venice.

Hotellet var placerat extremt bra. Nära till allt. Vi hade inga problem med att checka in, enkelt med kod på mailen, men jag misstänker att äldre människor kan ha lite problem med det. Det var ändå väldigt mycket hotell för pengarna. Städningen kunde varit lite bättre och endel grejer på rummet hade haft sina bättre dagar bakom sig. Men med det sagt rekommenderar jag hotellet!
