“It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast....
But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) .

“Best view in town - right on the water. We stayed in the Alfeo apartment with our 2 kids and we loved it. Large apartment and the view was magical. At night you can hear the party boats and some voices from below but they eventually move on - not a big deal.

“A group of 12 of us stayed a long weekend. The place was amazing and we all had plenty of space. The pool, kitchen and barbaque were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Salvos was an amazing host, very responsive and helped with recomendations as well as helping coordinate taxis for our large group. Recomend very highly!”

“We use taxi or walk, the surroundings made us safe and comfortable. The room is a good size.It is noisy but Sicily is so crammed there are no place where you don’t eat cars, mopeds, unless you are in a pedestrian zone. We like our choice”

“Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit dort. Der Gastgeber und das Personal war super freundlich immer erreichbar und sehr zugutekommen keine Wünsche werden nicht erfüllt.
Die Anlage wird jeden Tag gesäubert und in Schuss gehalten.
Die Anlage selbst ist ein Traum für jeden entspannten Urlaub mit Palmen Pool und chill Lounge ruhig

“We had a fabulous stay at this villa! It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the sea and within easy reach of both Syracuse and Noto.What truly made our stay special was the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from Hector. “We stayed during peak season in August for 7nights and we had a fantastic stay!The house is clean, spacious, modern, great WiFi and aircon. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is lovely and the areas around it, great for relaxing. Location is fantastic as a base for exploring the island. We travelled to Ortigia, Noto, Modica, many beaches including Fontane Bianche, San Lorenzo, Arenella & Avola.Salvos was on hand to help with anything we needed, he recommended some wonderful restaurants……
