I love the peacefulness… it was everything I hoped for. It was fortunate that the weather was in the 70s during the fall season. I will definitely book again during the summer.

This place was amazing!!! Perfect place for our family. Great location, super clean, friendly neighbors. And the owner Mike was so helpful and kind. We are new to the boat life and helping us with the trailer and giving us recommendations and suggestions made this weekend amazing and stress free. We will definitely be back! Thank you gain.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at the Boat House. This is a new, updated (immaculately clean) home located on a channel on Lake Wawasee. The location is quiet and the other properties surrounding it are well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked (new appliances, cabinets, and countertops), decor has a “lake life” vibe, bathroom is spacious annd updated, and both queen beds were comfy with nice bedding. Mike (host) is super nice and really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have everything they need. Our family has stayed in 5-6 different rentals (all which were nice) on Lake Wawasee over the past four years- and our two teenage daughters felt this one was by far their favorite.
