When we first arrived, the first thing we noticed was that it smelled like cigarettes. Then, nothing worked. The phone and the food QR code were broken, and the shampoo and conditioner were dusty and not even available. In the morning for their "breakfast," all they had was bagels and bread, not even bottled water. We went to the reception, and they said yes, nothing works, and that this is a below-average hotel. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and on the last night, a spider crawled into my bed. On the second day, no one even came to clean anything; everywhere was the same and dusty. The Wi-Fi barely worked the whole time and sometimes would even just stop. Reception was no help and was even talking badly about the place. There was no staff, there was only one person there the whole time. I would never recommend this to anyone.

When my friend and I got there the man at the desk claimed he only had a king for us (although I already booked two queens) but I got him to admit he had the room He said the tv was broken but it wasn't he probably just wanted more money out of us Also had to give a one hundred dollar deposit "in case we broke something" hopefully I'll get that back within the 48 hours he said I would

Our room was infested with flies and after complaining, we were moved to another room. A wheel was missing from the desk chair and was told it would be replaced in about 10 minutes. It took two more requests and an hour later the chair was replaced. The breakfast area was in a room labeled "Conference Room" and the breakfasts were very sparse. There was nothing but coffee, juice, and very small muffins. A snow blower was parked inside the room, and the tables and chairs appeared to be placed in the room haphazardly, as if they were meant to be in a storage room. The best thing about the room was the sheets. They were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well.

Tämä paikka tarvitsee kipeästi siistimistä kohteen ulkopuoliseen ilmeeseen. Samalla muutamat huoneiden kaipaavat päivitykset kohottaisivat yleisilmettä paljon. Nyt yleisilme on apea, vaikka itse huone on puhdistettu ihan kunnolla. Toivottavasti omistajilla on intoa tehdä uudistukset ja kaikki voittavat.

I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel or motel. Trash was all over the place. People were living in one section. There appeared to be drug activity in the parking lot. The clerk told us that they keep tourists away from the "other" people and didn't deny that there was drug activity going on. We did not feel safe enough to stay there and went someplace else that night.
