Please note: There is a lot of street parking, home does not have any driveway because of the historic nature of this neighborhood. We are on a slight hill and there are steps leading to the home. Please keep in mind if stairs and hills are difficult for any medical reasons.

We three cousins had a wonderful weekend sharing this comfortable, clean home. Meghan responded quickly to request to check in a little early and out a little late. We all slept well and appreciated the extra touches- snacks, coffee. Best hamburgers ever were 4 houses away at The Blarney Stone. There was a fully loaded antique store around the corner. We would definitely recommend this cute home for a nice stay in Syracuse.

Our family had a wonderful time at your home! It’s such a charming, unique, and cozy place, and super clean! We enjoyed the selection of games (Sorry! Is my favorite), and had a great time with the Scavenger Hunt. This beautifully renovated home has been a pleasure to stay in.

The host was very quick to respond to my questions and even accommodated an earlier check in time. The house was adorable and a great location with restaurants near by. We loved the scavenger hunt and all the little extras she included like snacks, ice in the freezer, a Brita water filter in the refrigerator, fun games to play, and a towel warmer in the bathroom. Such attention to detail! We hope to stay there again next year!

Perfect location for all the things we needed this week. Nice mix of modern and vintage decor. Great to have multiple bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fun scavenger hunt for teens to complete that made them think as well as learn some of history of the area. Would definitely look to book here on next visit to Syracuse!

Well Appointed and Cute House

The house had everything and more. The decor was so cute, it felt like a stylish hotel that we had to ourselves. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect for our family!

Our family of 5 returned to Tipp Hill for a wedding weekend. This house was the perfect place for us with enough beds for our 3 children and ourselves. There were a couple minor hiccups with our stay, and the owner was super responsive immediately! It's a few doors down from the Blarney Stone, which has the best burgers in town of course!The vintage decor was adorable, and the Tipp Hill sign/accent wall was a perfect backdrop for pictures!The owner had everything set up wonderfully for our visit; the scavenger hunt that intertwined the history of Tipp Hill was amazing. I would recommend this Tipp Hill house for a family or a gathering of friends! We would def want to stay again when we return to Syracuse.
