Äußerlich richtig schick. Die Lage ist auch ideal - alles Sehenswerte fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings ist die Wohnung direkt an einer großen Straße, sodass es bei offenem Fenster immer laut war. Für den Preis hätte ich allerdings etwas mehr erwartet.Das Nötigste war da. Aber mehr leider auch nicht. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist ausbaufähig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch nicht richtig: die unterschiedlichen Stufen konnte man zwar einstellen, aber es änderte sich nichts. Außerdem gab es keinen Thermostat beim Wasser, sodass beim Duschen/Abwaschen manchmal viel zu heißes Wasser geflossen ist. Die Sauberkeit ist gut. Die Waschmaschine war voller Fussel, ansonsten nichts auszusetzen.
