“前台服務親切有禮，動作迅速，checkin時不慎將信用卡遺留，馬上電話通知並送至房間，非常棒的服務。房間裡頭有小廚房，微波爐、電爐、冰箱、餐具等等一應俱全。房間空間寬敞乾淨。走路五分鐘就有超市，非常好的位置。”

“非常乾淨，而且小地方有貼心設計，例如兩個行李架以及兩個洗手台，只是冷氣不運作時就有悶熱感，可能外面氣溫太高了”

“酒站服务超赞！我们一行8间房，因二楼房间刚刚装修通风不利，进房间时有些味道，与酒店联系后他们积极协调空风，在没在其它房间可以调换的情况下，同意折价回馈。感觉服务真的很到位！”

“Room was very clean. The entire property was clean but the hallways and other common areas looked tired. Yes, the hallways had been painted recently, but they painted over old bubbled wall paper! The property woukdcrealky benefit from an actual remodel. Breakfast was adequate to good. Coffee was week and not great tasting.”

“Loved the location, and the staff was great! The breakfast was good, and I was glad decaf coffee was available. The air conditioner worked well, but I would have preferred that there being a setting that kept the AC fan running between cooling cycles. The turning on and off kept waking me up.”

“This is now an Econo Lodge. It must be a recent change because Antlers Inn stuff is still around much of the property. I will say the only good thing here was the size of the room. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. But they'll at is the only good thing I can report. It was in the 90s in Vernal and the room was very hot. The air conditioning unit was in the bathroom area and was not very cool, but even if it was it would have taken for ver to reach the sleeping area. The room also……

“Pool was under renovation but no notice of it. Some of the wall outlets did not work. Waffles were good and the staff was great.”

“The bathtub/shower was dirty. I couldn’t use it because it was so dirty. Everything in the room was old and run down. The bed was really hard. The sheets were not clean. The pictures on the website that I looked at when I booked the room were very deceiving. They made the place look nice. I was very disappointed. I didn’t stay the second night that I had paid for because everything was so nasty. The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was excellent during the check in process.”

“Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for even having this property on their website. The motel not hotel has zero signage- had to ask the guy at the counter if it was the right place. Across the street are burned out buildings and boarded up buildings. We pulled up and people not staying there were barbecuing out in the parking lot. The manager on duty was wearing a Sleeveless shirt and bicycle shorts with his butt crack hanging out. The whole place felt very unsafe. The pictures must be……

“Absolutely the worst place to stay in vernal”

“Breakfast wasn't as good as our last stay there. A lot was empty and the staff was slow to refill. Last time we stayed the staff was on it!”

“Entire place under construction, they are changing to a Best Western property. The swimming pool looked like something from a horror movie, covered with green slime. Entire property just a total mess.”
