Great hotel, great staff. The hotel is a bit older, which meant I had to finagle the door a bit at times. Breakfast was good. The wi-fi was good until the hotel was full and had a lot of people on it in the evening. This happened twice, but that was to be expected with Phenomecon in town. The staff was most excellent!

We really enjoyed the ice cream sandwiches we received when we checked in. The indoor pool and the breakfast were great! The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The hotel is run down and doesn't feel clean. Plaster damage in the bathroom. Everyone enjoyed a free ice cream on arrival and the swimming pool. Breakfast was fast and efficient, I was pleased I could boil eggs.

The staff was friendly. The pool was ok. The kids that were staying at the property were running around scribbling in the hot tub with crayons there was no supervision they were in the pool all day so we didn't feel comfortable being there very long. The breakfast was not much but it was free.

I’m not sure where the good reviews came from for this place. The beds are awful, not comfortable at all. It is very dingy and needs an update. I also found a sock in my bed, not my own, when I was getting in bed for the night. It is a non smoking hotel, and smells of cigarette smoke and weed everywhere besides in our room, thank goodness. The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. We come to vernal a lot and wanted to find a good family hotel with a reasonable price for quality, and this hotel is not it.

The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived early early in the morning and the young lady was very cordial and helped get us settled. Room was maybe an 8 of 10. Everything was functional, linens clean and well presented. A previous guest had apparently opened a soda that sprayed on ceiling and hadn't been noticed. Bathroom needed a bit of TLC where sheetrock had been repaired and screws had popped. Great water pressure!
