「Staff were very helpful from the very beginning. They make sure all our needs are met or answered. The breakfast are extremely well prepared and you can also order from the menu without charge! You can surely find something to satisfy your appetite!
The rooftop swimming pool is the best place to enjoy the view of city and night light!
The room is clean and spacious!
The location is the center of everything, including Royal Palace!
We are very happy with everything they offered in this beautiful...

「It was my very first time to stay in this kind of hotel :)
And i had a great time here, all the staff are nice, the room is cozy and clean.
The Spa is amazing, although a little bit small. The food and drinks in the Bar are nice too :)
Everyone can enter here as the facilities are open to all, except the hotel rooms.
Would definitely come back if i come PP next time」

「Top-notch 5-star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. It felt really nice to be able to rest and enjoy at the hotel after a long, sweaty day in Phnom Penh. I opted for executive lounge access. The light food and cocktails were delicious. The infinity pool was definitely worth a visit, too. Highly recommended.」

「The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays.
Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention...
