“We only stayed briefly, but it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with everything we needed, in a convenient location near the airport. The property was clean, with cafés and shops nearby. We did not see any staff during our stay, but that did not affect us, as communication by message was straightforward. “Location is the only plus. The room was filthy: a pizza box was left behind, toilet paper scraps were on the bathroom floor, and a used spoon was behind the TV. To make matters worse, the shower was clogged with a disgusting clump of hair. When I complained, they promised a cleaning service at a certain time, but they arrived three hours late.
