"It’s a beautiful over-the-water bungalow. We enjoyed the stunning sunset, and the staff were very welcoming and responsive. Staff would drop of flower to us everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property has a spa and massage services, a bar and restaurant, an infinity pool, and snorkel rentals."

"Our family of 5 had a delightful week stay. Property is gorgeous and well equipped with all house/ water( paddle board, kayaks, pingpong table, games, bikes) activities necessities. Great host! Very easy to communicate with. House (main and cottage) is very comfortable, and stylishly decorated( bathrooms are amazing ! ) is located in a perfect spot - facing the best snorkeling adventures. Short 10 min kayak trip to see sharks and stingrays - guaranteed! Please respect coral and go around- follow recommendations to get to snorkeling spot. Also beautiful islands around with coco beach and more. Very highly recommend to book it for unforgettable memories! We’ll be back ! "

"Our suite was perfect and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views were stunning! I would say our only complaint was the New Year’s dinner. Unfortunately, it was not particularly worth the prix fixe price. However, breakfast was a real treat. "

"The location was spectacular. Lovely welcome drinks and leis, and Eileen was very accommodating. We had great massages and it was the perfect spot to take off for snorkeling trips. We would definitely come back! "

"The house is beautifully located and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. We were surprised that there are other units behind the main house, but they were unoccupied for most of our stay and did not impact our enjoyment of the space. The house doors open to the water and the effect is calming, cooling and tropical. There is a well stocked grocery store a short walk away and the house is centrally located to several restaurants and shops. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The kayaks and SUPs were a huge bonus and a great way to journey out to the nearby shark and ray hang out spot that others had to take a tour to visit. "

"By far, our two week stay at the Gooding House was the best stay we have ever experienced. 3 generations of our family had the most amazing time there celebrating my husband and my anniversary, and rang in the new year. The house was perfect with excellent amenities. There were so many different spaces to chill out and enjoy the most stunning views from the dock, private beach, and on both floors. You can snorkel right off the private beach. The house is stocked with water toys, games, ping pong, foosball, billiard table. Clean, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of parking. Mangoes, avocado, coconut trees, a true oasis. Monique was very helpful with all my questions before we arrived. She went on vacation so Aiden welcomed us and he was such a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful (and very funny). He helped us get tickets for a fantastic boat trip for 21 people. We have traveled and stayed at many places, and this by far is our favorite, bar none. Highly recommend! Thank you Aiden for your hospitality and making our stay so magical!"
