"I didnt see much of a view "

"I love the large clean rooms and they have a decent breakfast. Three things that would make this a five star rated hotel are 1. Daily housekeeping should be expected not having to request day by day. 2. The towels are very rough… no need to exfoliate after using the towels. 3. A make up mirror that extends would be helpful in the bathroom and better lighting at the in room desk would be nice; that way while one is showering the other guest could use desk area for applying makeup."

"We were told the owners of our room decided to stay, so we were sent across town. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not use Hotels or ever attempt to stay here again. A room booked weeks ahead on your website should be honored. The owners should not be allowed to do that to paying guests. "

"The room was dusted, and floors hadn't been vacuum ever. Had a dirty odor. Iron not working. Notified staff 3 times, didn’t get one. We had to wear wrinkled clothes the whole time there. Bathroom mirror you could write your name one it from glass had so much scum on it. I will neved spend 871.00 to stay in a place for 3 nights and it was a a dirty MESSY! I wish I could get my money back. I have stayed here 3 times over the last 5 or 6 yrs and it was the best. Never again would I stay here nor recommend anyone to this place. 😕 Annie Woods/COO "

"The pool chemicals were a little overwhelming...we enjoyed the indoor pool, but everyone had trouble with coughing and sneezing after being in the pool for more than 30 minutes. The children enjoyed the pool."

"The listing on Expedia listed in multiple areas that there was a stove. One day before check in it was verified with host there was no stove and had never been and she showed me a listing that showed that. I showed her my copy of the listing that did show a stove. Had to change our food at the last minute. The host did communicate with us properly. The smoke alarm battery went off at 1:00 am-3:00 am one night til the battery finally died. Kept us awake"
