「The worst experience. The room was filthy. The sliding door was broke with lock, Injured my right thumb trying to unlock door. I have pictures Requested a 7am wake up call and received a call at 718am by a live person asking if i receives my 7am wake call, what a joke. I was rushing to get to my appointment then. 「First room was dirty- someone else’s hair was all in the sheets- that clearly hadn’t been changed. Switched rooms and it was somewhat cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was mildewed badly and the whole hotel smells musty. All linens were musty and dingy. Would not stay here again. Bed was also awful, like sleeping on box springs. Hard hard. 10/10 would not recommend if cleanliness is important to you!」
