Only issue: bartender (on June 13 evening) refused to put CWS baseball on a television, stating she was required to show ‘World Cup Soccer, if a game was being shown’’. 「The hot tub was lined with rust which gave the clean water a brown hue. The indoor pool looked even worse. Thank goodness we were on the first floor. 3 stories and no elevator.」

「First off, we ended up at The Shenadoah Inn as a much more affordable alternative to staying in or near, Omaha for the College World Series. The Inn and the town itself is quite a throwback to simpler times. The staff was extremely friendly, encouraging us to get water to fill our water bottles before heading off for a Saturday night game. 「This is an older motel that has been refurbished. The main areas looked nice and were clean. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom vent fan. Big dust bunnies in the light cover of the fan. Bathroom was clean. The bed was a nice foam mattress and comfortable for me. Very basic accommodations in my room.
