“Even though there was a secret switch, you have to push to make the AC work. We called and called the front desk, but nobody actually came to fix it until about 7 PM so they let us suffer for five hours with no AC.

“2 huge cockroaches in our condo! Dusty!
Their ad stated kitchenette but what kitchenette?! Not one solitary spoon! All this kitchenette had was a sink! no microwave, not even a kettle to boil water!!
Their staff person entered my condo without permission, not even a knock!!! Good thing I wasn't naked coming out of the bathroom!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND this ZPad Residence to my enemy!!!”

“This is the only good option in the area. However the condition of the property is the only detractor. The carpeting in the hallways of the rooms is worn out. The tile in the bathrooms is cracked and the grout is falling out, gone and dirty. The pool area and lobby is in excellent condition but the rooms are falling apart and need to be updated. ”
