Welcome to Your Perfect Tacoma Escape! This home was built on an abandoned street, thus it's namesake, the Herriott.

This beautifully designed home offers the entire lower two floors exclusively for your stay. The host lives onsite in the upper unit, but rest assured — there are no shared spaces or doors, ensuring your complete privacy throughout your visit.

With 2 spacious queen bedrooms and 2 cozy bunk beds, the home comfortably sleeps your whole group — ideal for family vacations, weekend getaways, or work trips.

You’ll enjoy modern comforts such as central air conditioning, along with thoughtful touches like hair dryers and an iron. The home also offers three full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and stocked with essentials so everyone can refresh in comfort.

Please Note: Waterview Street runs parallel to the train line. While the home was thoughtfully designed with this in mind — featuring 8" concrete walls and noise-reducing glass — train noise may still be noticeable. For added comfort, white noise machines are provided in each primary bedroom. However, if you're a particularly light sleeper, accommodations along Ruston Way may not be the best fit.
