Our home is the perfect spot for you to relax, work from home or spend time with your loved ones. We are located a short drive to the highway, close to shopping and some attractions nearby. If you need a location close to JBLM, Gig Harbor or Tacoma, this is the location for you. Our home is also perfectly situated between Seattle and Olympia, a short drive to Mt. Rainier and great for a day trip to Portland!
The space

The main floor of our home features a very generous kitchen with lots of open space for you to prep, eat, and relax in the kitchen, family room and dining room. There is a cozy gas fireplace and AC for hot nights. There is great yard space for you to play or grill out back and 2 additional parks within our community: one for toddlers (2 minute walk) and the other featuring outdoor workout equipment, a basketball court and lots of open space (4 minute walk).

Our home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a bonus room which we use as an office, den, workout space and more.
