It is the only motel I have ever stayed in that did not have water glasses and facial tissue. The room was reasonably clean - the sheets were clean, but had a big bleach spot on them, and did not fit well. The unit had not been maintained well, e. g. there were scrapes on the inside walls.
The last straw was the $50 cash deposit. I do not usually carry that much cash, but fortunately I had it that day.

The lady in front was kind of rude. On the carpet by the bed there was some kind of body fluid & finger prints on the top of the bottom sheet. The toilet didn’t flush very well.
