Breathtaking Views. Wonderful House. Very Welcoming Host.

The check-in process was smooth and the host was extremely accommodating & was very responsive. The views & sunsets were amazing and we loved that the house was quiet & peaceful in an authentic neighborhood. Our 3 teenagers loved playing pool in the gaming room and swimming in the pool. We found the house most convenient for touring around in North Tenerife.

Week in the villa

Pros: The view was amazing. Very spoilt. El Pris was very cute and very much locals, which was great. Loved the restaurants and bars. Prixlolo was our favourite, very rustic and go with the flow. Doesn’t overcharge so don’t worry and great local wine. Cons: Nothing, but please note airplanes do come over the villa from 7am. But not very noisy but there.

The view is incredible and breath- taking. the pool really great. The house is like described, also many toys available. The host more than helpful, really best service ever. But sometimes lots of airplane- traffic which surprised us. Car really required!

Amazing villa, excellent host

We rented the villa for a week. We picked the villa based on the views and they didn't disappoint. There were lots of terraces to choose from to enjoy the views, plus the infinity pool. The villa was clean and spacious and the pool table was a good addition. A car is needed to get to the shops and restaurants but this didn't bother us. Kadin the host was very helpful and always responded to any requests. It's in a quiet location which is good because all you can hear is the sea.

Pros: The check-in was smooth and the communication with the owner perfect. The view from every corner of the house is incredible. Lovely addition of the game room. Amazing heated swimming pool Cons: A bit run down swimming pool and swimming pool furniture. Cleaning of the glass by the swimming pool could be better to allow the enjoyment of the amazing view. Cleaning of the living room couches could be better. Would have appreciated air conditioning in the rooms as well as installing insect screen doors. Would recommend adding a bin in the master bedroom.

Pros: Die Aussicht ist überragend, eine bessere Aussicht wird man kaum finden. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Warmwasser Aussendusche mit der Aussicht ist auch ein tolles Erlebnis. Cons: Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war nur mäßig. Die Küche ist eher runtergewirtschaftet. In einem der Bäder zwischenzeitlich penetranter Kanalgeruch. Insgesamt tolles Haus, dem man aber ansieht dass es mehr vermietet als gepflegt wird.

Traumhafte Lage

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses, die Architektur und großen Räumlichkeiten. Der unkomplizierte Check in. Cons: Teilweise hat der Fluglärm gestört, da das Haus in der Einflugschneisse von TFN liegt, jedoch war die Meeresbrandung ebenso laut, so dass ich dies nicht als Mangel bezeichnen möchte. Es sollte jedoch in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie zu fünft an diesem wunderschönen Ort und haben jede Minute dort genossen! Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick von jedem Zimmer und den einzelnen Terrassen ist atemberaubend! Check-in und check-out super unkompliziert, ein sehr freundlicher Eigentümer. Wir kommen sehr gern noch einmal wieder!

Wundervolles Haus mit grandiosem Blick

Pros: Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren wirklich toll, insbesondere die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Entgegen unserer Befürchtung war es angenehm warm im Haus. Am besten hat uns allerdings der Pool gefallen! Auch die Betreuung war super, unsere Fragen und Anliegen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Cons: Wie schon von anderen Gästen genannt: dass wir wieder nach Hause müssen. Ansonsten muss man wissen, dass die Auffahrt zum Stellplatz über einen recht hohen Kantstein erfolgt, man sollte also sehr vorsichtig fahren.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft

Pros: Der Blick ist magisch. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles ist sehr durchdacht. Man merkt dass die Gastgeber auch manchmal dort Zeit verbringen. Der Checkin verlief perfekt mit vielen Informationen die vorab geteilt wurden. Es gibt wunderbar viele Sitzgelegenheiten, drinnen, draußen, am Pool, auf den Terrassen. Und der Blick ist natürlich unschlagbar. Man hat direkten Blick auf den Teide und auf den Sonnenuntergang und kann bis nach La Palma schauen. Vielen Dank für den traumhaften Urlaub.

Fantastic place in the North of Tenerife

Those, who are looking for a quiet place, will find it there. The house is very nice, large and has a fantastic view. Excellent for hiking in the North. You need a car, whether for shopping or going out for lunch/dinner. We enjoyed cooking for ourselves and used the large terrace quite often, instead of going out. That's what we were looking for and found it there. A beautiful place. Thank you to Kadim for the very nice and helpful contact.
