"Die großzügige Wohnung mit dem großen Balkon und dem herrlichen Blick auf das weite Meer ist sehr sauber und für Familien geeignet. Der Arena Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es ein Naturbecken, dass ständig von den Meereswellen überflutet und gefüllt wird. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN war auch sehr gut. "The room was beautifully designed with the most wonderful outlook over the gardens. The pool was lovely and the delicious non-alcoholic cocktail served mid- morning was a delightful touch. The massage and spa was superb with thoughtful attention to details throughout. The food served at both breakfast and dinner was very high quality. Overall it has been a wonderful stay, as all of the above mentions but what has really stood out, throughout our stay, has been the attentive and friendly staff, thank you all for making our stay so memorable."

"Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. Le seul aspect négatif mais qui n’est absolument pas du ressort de l’hôtel, cette région au nord de Tenerife est assez nuageuse en juin. Beau séjour!"

"Nice hotel - very clean - very comfortable bed and great shower. A bit noisy at weekends, but fine on other nights. Great central location. TV not great - limited channels which sometimes didn’t have great reception. Screen mirroring function didn’t work during our stay. Pool more decorative as very shallow - not one for swimming in. Overall a really good hotel that does the important things right."

"The property was well located across from the Ramblas and down the street from the most beautiful park. The rooftop pool and sunning area gave a wonderful view of the surrounding area and mountains and water. All the staff was personable and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel."

"Great stay. Room was fantastic, with beautiful wood ceiling providing historic charm. Location was perfect, steps from old town close to shops and restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular at the Vinoteca where we had lovely local wines and the doorman who provided best food recommendations. Highly recommend."

"My wife and I spent two nights here in May. We arrived early, and after a short wait were given 2 electronic keys to room 41. We were also given breakfast times and the wi-fi code which worked well in the room. We were given a room adjacent to the swimming pool, which was quiet as there were few guests staying at the hotel. The room would have been difficult for those with mobility issues as there were no lifts to this floor of the hotel. The room was well-presented and had adequate storage and sufficient sockets for charging mobiles etc. Having read about bed bug issues we gave the bed a thorough inspection and found no evidence of bugs. A ceiling fan operated silently and provided enough air for us as the weather was not particularly hot. The TV had English language news channels and with a bit of effort, it was possible to access programs on non-english channels into english by using the remote control. The bathroom had a bath with overhead shower attachment, vanity basin and toilet. It also had a good shelf for personal items. Small soaps and a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser were available, along with decent towels. The water had to run for a short while to get hot, but remained hot and plentiful once it came through. Breakfast was included. Hot items included fried eggs (omelets were available on request), bacon, and churros. One day we also had hot-dog sausages, the other baked beans. There was a small selection of cold cuts, cheese, pastries, cereals, yoghurts."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
