"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"We loved our stay in Hikone. The room was comfortable given we had three single beds. The hotel is only a minute walk from the train station and close to dining establishments. It's also a short walk to the castle - which is a must. This was a week into our trip, so we availed ourselves of the laundry facility. It is located on one of the floors, not in your room. It had two washers and two dryers. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"The staff at the lobby spoke English really well. The room was clean and very quiet. The breakfast buffet very Japanese with grilled fish, rice and miso soup etc. There were also cereal and bread options. All the options were delicious!
