“It was a very poor experience. The entire time we were there the hot tub didn’t work, and the staff kept making up excuses… “it was just cleaned” “we just added water to it”. I finally got the truth from a staff member on the last day.. the pump was broken. The room we were put in had no windows to the outside, and no fresh air. The room was damp and mildewy. I had to empty their make-shift condensate bucket from the ductless split head myself, but not before it spilled water all over the……
