“Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results.”

“I have no problem with the hotel but hotels.com. I could not check in immediately after I arrived because the hotel did not receive any notification from hotels.com. Then I contacted the customer service but it also failed to resolve the issue. The agent even asked me the phone number of the hotel so she/he can contact them. So so disappointed with hotels.com”

Nobody cared enough to think about how I will get in. And to add insult to injury, there was a fence at least 4 meters high or 5 meters high, to keep me from getting inside. Eventually, I had to call the local police,……

“The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page.
The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. ”
