Whether you’re here for world-class skiing or summer lake days, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements

Main Floor: Just off the entry, you’ll find a cozy guest room with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. The primary master suite is also on this level, featuring a plush king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Upper Level: Two additional well-appointed guest rooms are located upstairs, each featuring a queen-size bed and sharing a full hallway bathroom.

Living & Dining
The heart of the home features soaring vaulted ceilings and a magnificent stone fireplace (firewood provided!), creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for group gatherings. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

Outdoor Living & Amenities
Step out onto the back deck off the dining area—perfect for summer BBQs and evening relaxation. The property also includes a spacious yard and a 2-car garage.

Prime Location
You are just a short drive from Tahoe City’s excellent dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment. Major North Shore ski resorts are also within easy reach, making this an ideal year-round destination.

Important Note: Dollar Point recreation amenities (beach, pool, tennis, and playground) are only available for stays of 31 nights or more. This requires a signed lease, a $5,000 deposit, and a $50 processing fee.

For your convenience, this home includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels; most rentals have beach towels for your trips to the lake. Please note that while Tahoe’s mountain breeze and provided fans keep the home comfortable, there is no central A/C. To protect local wildlife, we do not stock pantry staples. Please also be aware that the deck and BBQ may be unavailable during the late fall, winter and early spring months due to snow.
