Quiet central location to all the Tahoe spots

Simple property with most of the necessities in a quiet hillside neighborhood. Drive to all the Tahoe hot spots plus drive down the hill to the private HOA beach. Not walking distance to resturants or beach and would need to be strong on bike to get back up hill, but easy drive down. Great sunrise views.
