This is a modern construction 2200 sq. ft. home with hot tub located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of Tahoe City. Enjoy an easy drive to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Homewood ski resorts in winter.

Upper level has the master bedroom with King bed, master bath with jacuzzi tub, and a deck off the master. Upper level also has great big front and back decks, very comfortable living areas with gas fireplace and lovely views, plus 1/2 bath.

Lower level has bedroom with Queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 sets of Twin bunks and the den with gas fireplace and offers a queen size sofa sleeper. Laundry and full bath on lower level.

Large lower deck with a hot tub, surrounded by beautiful forest views. Propane grill on front deck.

High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is NOT GUARANTEED.

Parking is limited to 4 spaces.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
