Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and functional. Beds were nice. Rooms were well air conditioned. My only complaint is that paper towels are not provided in the bathrooms. How am I supposed to dry my hands?

The ambience is a little too Monocle-trendy; ultra-modern but characterless. The decor and ultra-compact comfort could have been in any big city anywhere in the world. The location is good if you like sanitised street food; there's an upscale outdoor foodcourt next door. A little too far from anywhere else. The staff seemed disinterested and robotic — and they gave incorrect directions to the closest bus stop. They could easily be replace by AI. Otherwise, the place is very clean and relatively quiet. A capsule hotel good enough for one night's sleep.

床位十分乾淨，而且沖涼地方也很好，價錢和質素成正比，唯一不幸的是4點左右，有同房的住客醉酒回來，全層也嘈了。 The bed space was very clean, and the shower area was great too. The price matches the quality. The only unfortunate thing was that at around 4am, a roommate came back drunk and the whole floor got noisy.

置物櫃被打開

六人房的個人置物櫃有四位數密碼鎖，前一晚確認有設定自己的四位數密碼，隔天醒來發現自己的置物櫃是開著的！而且密碼被重置歸零！除了鎖孔鑰匙的工作人員能做到這件事之外，我想不到還有誰可以辦到！我這房剛好住了個開鎖匠？！

衛浴沒有區分男女，入住時，櫃檯沒有提醒，衛浴空間狹小，尤其淋浴間，要放置換洗衣物都要擔心會不會掉下來，部份淋浴間因為照明不足，顯得昏暗，雖然有乾溼分離，但乾區狹小，且有積水，廁所也常有積水，離開前有看到工作人員清掃，但沒有再進去，所以不確定清潔後的情況
