"The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The daily buffet breakfast has lots of different choices including both western style and authentic Japanese food. The menu will change slightly everyday, so you can taste different kinds of food each day. The only complaint is that they did not have enough servers/busers to clean the tables. We have to wait for a long time to be seated. To make it worse, the seating system that they used is not efficient. You will get a card to be placed on the table. Once you have finished your breakfast, you need to bring the card back to the receptionist. However, there is not many people follow this procedure. People just simply left the card on the table. So others may think that the table is still occupied. I sincerely someone from the hotel would improve this when we visit next time."

"It's a 9h capsule hotel. You can't have high expectations. No early check-in because they have to clean and change sheets. They also accept early luggage drop off at no cost. Great if you're on a budget."

"The staff were wonderful throughout my stay. However, I was assigned to a room on the smoking floor. The roomI stayed in had extremely strong cigarette odors, which was uncomfortable. I wore a N95 mask and turn on the air filter in the room to fall asleep the on the first night there. Luckily, the staff did a great job sanitizing the hallway and my room, so the second day was far better"
