"Helpful staff, but some issues with bed comfort and breakfast crowds
The mattress in our Double Room was soft and had a noticeable dip on one side, if you prefer a firm bed, this might not be for you. However, the staff was very accommodating and helped us change room. Regarding breakfast, it was quite chaotic on one of the days due to a large tour group. The restaurant was very noisy and they even ran out of clean plates, which made for a disappointing dining experience."
