"Near to train station, staff are helpful and rooms are very clean"

"Location is good. Near to MRT station. However, nearby do not have many shops. Just 1 Family Mart that is 10mins walking distance. More like business hotel. Only 1 restaurant called Japoli. Their service stuff can be forgetful. Less helpful . No proper introduction even when mentioned first time visit to the hotel and restaurant. But I do like the food selections"

"Stayed in a 3-bed room. The room is well cleaned and comfortable, especially the toilet."

"Although the bathroom and room was large and good sized. The noise coming from the hallway was not good. The bed sheets were also very rough. "

"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"
