"房間很小，3人房但開不了3個人的行李，開了筴就開不了櫃子門，厠所設計也很擁擠。另外洗衣機只有4台，而且酒店線上資訊常錯，明明在用卻一直顯示空著，還有客人用2台洗衣機，2台都已用完2小時以上也不取，請酒店處理，原本堅持不能取出，但最後在投訴下卻發現其實能取的，我覺得遇到超過半小時不取的其實酒店已經需要處理了，這對其他在等的客人實在不公平。酒店的公共浴池没有熱水浸浴，只有凍水的，與介紹不同，整體來說性價比實在較差，不值得6萬多日元一晚。"
