「The hotel is a brand new hotel. All the facilities are new! The room is spacious and clean. The reception staff can speak good English and handle my enquires. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. To my surprise, they promised to arrange every day room cleaning when I requested. I love the public thermal hot spring, we can see the stunning Takayama city view from there especially in daytime. 」
