「Everything was quiet. The staff were kind and, between our broken Japanese and their broken English, we could communicate. Our room was nicer than expected. It was our first ryokan. Everything seemed old but well cared for, and it gave the place a comforting character.」

「Excellent ryokan experience in liyama! Everythings are all in very high standard! Generous,Polite and Professional staff. Flexible arrangment for shuttle bus and check-out time. Gorgous dinner and breakfast. Large room with relaxing private onsen in nature view. Also got the free coffee/tea coupons for us to enjoy in anytime during our stay. Highly appreciate and would definitely recommend! Thank you!」
