"建物が古いのは仕方ないが、メンテナンスもオペレーションも改善余地が多い食事（バイキング）の質、種類は低価格なりで、満足度はかなり低い食事会場の皿の多くが洗い残しあり、食事する前から食欲を無くすだろう宿泊料金を安く設定してるとしても（3連休で高かったが）、お金を取ってサービスを提供する最低限のレベルを下回っていると感じた温泉の泉質はいいかもしれないが、脱衣場は汚い扇風機のカバーに蓄積したホコリに経営者の考え方が表れている気がした値段で選ぶとしても心の準備は必要"

"I think very few gaijin go this far out. Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "設備が古く所々で問題ありそうですが、(当日は食堂の天井から水漏れしてました)そこはまぁ良いかなとスタッフの方は外国の方が多いですが、皆さん、丁寧で良かったと思います楽しみにしていた貸切風呂は入れなかったので、そこは残念でした 15:00から貸切風呂の受付が始まるようですが、15:15頃にチェックインした時には満員でしたどうやら前日から宿泊されていた方々が枠を全て埋めたようでした"
