Super convenient location, minutes from Sendai Station. Very courteous and efficient staff. I requested laundry service, which was completed within the day. Thank you providing us with a wonderful stay in Sendai.

Room was amazing, real cosy vibe. The windows being full height really made the experience for me. Really enjoyed looking down at the street and seeing everything going on. Staff were amazing and really helped us with our luggage forwarding - they triple checked everything was correct with the form even go so far as to ring the destination hotel to confirm the address.
